Should you want to delve into the Apple period between the Macintosh Plus and OS X, SheepShaver will emulate Mac OS 7.5.2 through 9.0.4. Set-up is a touch more involved than with earlier Apple computers. You'll need a Mac ROM, named 'Mac OS ROM' and placed in the same folder as SheepShaver. You'll also need a Mac OS install CD, and the relevant Mac OS software you'd like to run. With some judicious web searching, it's possible to find pre-configured setups online, but should you want to do things yourself, has a full guide to get you started.
Uncheck this, and while your there in Mission Control, uncheck that as well... Keyboard will conflict with C64
